O sistema não esta funcionando direito, não reconhece as câmeras ...espero q seja resolvido logo este problema..só no andróid q esta funcionando bem..no iOS da erro

A interface é muito boa e a qualidade do vídeo também mas o app se desliga sozinho algumas vezes, é instável. Seria possível uma atualização do mesmo para corrigir este bug??

Eu tenho um iPhone 4 e na ultima atualização não está funcionando o aplicativo.

Na última versão não abre no meu IPad e nem no meu IPhone .

Instalei o aplicativo e até o presente momento esta funcionando, achei estranho por um fato, talvez ajude, no wi-fi do edifício funciona perfeitamente, quando fui abrir utilizando a rede de casa, não funcionou. Entrei nos “ajustes” cliquei no aplicativo e desativei a câmera, e voltou a funcionar, não sei se foi isso, mas foi a única coisa que fiz e funcionou. Nao testei ainda no iPad. Espero que funcione. A única coisa ruim ainda é a velocidade.

I have had the system for two weeks now it is become one of the biggest pain in the rears I have ever owned. if it wasn’t for needing a security system and already paying for this, and if I would’ve known the app was gonna be this way I would’ve never purchased it

I do not recommend this app! Once you click on it to open, if you need to see a camera quickly, you have to wait for ads to finish which go up to 25-30 seconds. No one has 25-30 seconds to wait for an emergency! I just can’t believe it! Purchasing a completely new system as this one is dangerous.

Used to be just fine but ads are excessive and non-skippable at this point. It takes an entire minute of waiting just to be able to access the app itself.

App don’t remember username or password after it updated 5 days ago. Every time have to reset it and add new password each time it is opened.

Would love this ap, except for the ads when I open it up to view my pond. Is an ad free version available?

was good for the first year, now its all ad overloaded…. takes longer to boot the app and when it finally boots it auto redirects to whatever ad it has popped.. theres times where it takes me a good solid 5 mins trying to boot the app… doesnt connect to the cameras anymore… considering just switching to blink..

Its best app but now its have serious issues. Its go from cctv to App Store directly with out touching it.

Too slow, forgets password and asks you to re-enter almost every time upon opening the app, and worst of all, does not connect you to your camera unless you are on the same network, which makes it useless because you would only need it when you are away from home.

About once a month there is an update that says “fixes known issues”, but the issues are never fixed. All the update does is turn advertisements back on. Would be nice to actually have an issue fixed like ptz reverse on by default every time you open a camera.

Having issue too much but buffering in app I have good internet no pictures showing was going on someone please tell me and commercial on a personal security camera stupid waste of money

Since the app updated I can no longer see my cameras on my phone unless I’m at home connected to the same wifi that the system functions on. Please fix it this is a big issue for me I need to be able to watch my fur babies while I’m not home.

This is the worst camera app. I’ve never had any issues with other camera apps. Whenever there is an updated it stops working. Don’t waste your time and money with these app cameras. They don’t work!!

We’ve updated our app so you have the option to turn off advertisements!” AAAANNNNDDDDD it’s gone the very next update! Garbage!

Ive only had these cameras for maybe 3 years. They green it would keep promoting me to put in the password even though it was already there. No w over the past 6 months maybe a little more I can’t even get a picture. I have 4 cameras. One went out approx 6 months ago, black screen. Still shows alike it’s recording but nothing but a black picture. Now all four are doing it. The other 3 were in and out at first but now consistently now they’re staying black screens but still recording. I’ve tried restarting them over and over but nothing. Waste of money to have to replace them only 3 years later

I can barely use the app for the spam. That keep blocking the function buttons that whatever im trying to catch on camera has pass bythe time i can clearthe spam popups

Actual review -5 stars. This app has become completely useless. We use this for the security cameras at our commercial building. We are going to have to replace our camera system as we can not even use the app due to adds covering the function buttons. Garbage!

This app never works. You can never check your cameras always says network error.

For a few times, I try to see something right away on my camera. When I open the app you have to wait for advertisement in order to get to the actual view of your camera. This is so stupid! and lack of security. If you’re trying to catch someone at the point and moment in time you have to wait for stupid advertisement. they say it’s an update, but it’s actually a downgrade. so disappointed. imagine if the cops is trying to catch a bad guy, but wait, they have to wait for the advertisement to go by. Wait the bad guy ran away we didn’t get to see him because of the STUPID ADVERTISEMENT!

This APP is horrible now. I can’t look at my cameras without going thru freaking Ads now. If there is any kind of emergency we would be screwed.

Not to mention an app that barely works is not FULL OF ADS… can’t even open to see your cameras without watching a 30s video. Unbelievable China junk now.

Game ads are a terrible nuisance, get rid of them, when you want to ck your cameras right away you can’t, you have to wait until you can clear them before you can bring your cameras up ! Getting time to buy a camera system that has their own app that way there’s no advertising

Anteriormente tenía anuncios al empezar y todo bien ahora tienes que esperar que se quiten 3 anuncios no sirve si tienes que ver rápido tus cámaras en teléfono duran como 2 min los anuncios

Doesn’t even let you watch camera feed just ads!

Why now before I open my camera I have to watch adds and wait 1 to 2 minutes to open my camera,I think this is to much it wasn’t like this before ,and a lots of ppl complaint about that ,I really don’t like it it’s stupid n annoying next y’all going to make us pay for it well we might deal n look for another app that doesn’t have this kinda adds ,or remove those stupid adds or we gonna have to removed this app thanks 🤔

It was a great app used it for couple years till they added these ads recently get rid if the ADS!!!

This app was great for 2 yrs until this week when it swarms me with ads just to see my business cameras. That much $ in a system, there should be an add free version.

I updated to the Jan 2024 version of the app on my iPhone, only to find the now I have to wait for full page video ads to complete before I can view my cameras. I don’t recommend that you upgrade to this version. For the developers… I can understand you need ad revenue. However, your current ad strategy will drive customers away from your products. Forcing ad viewing, is annoying and if it continues, I will look for another brand when upgrading my surveillance system.
