With new update can not remote playback or can not forward on time line. Time to time all cameras goes offline please fix the bug or release older version. Now lots of people can not use your app all around the world.

After the update on 6th march, i am not able to connect without LAN. Error msg 10005 timeout error

Program is good but on mobile network it always gives error (11307) that has to be solved immediately

After your upgrade dont work anything! Just white screen with "add device" and does not respond. Where are my cameras?

App connection is straight awful. Dont be fooled, all the negative comments are correct.

Well, it doesnt work anymore. Get error message "not to network, please try again later" errno{-10005} errstr{Systeminfo} Worked really well until this version. And, the summary description of whats new was in Chinese!

The app already performed very poorly on Apple devices. Since the last update the app no longer works at all. Constant connection errors.
