Started out as a great app, but lately experience a lot of network connection issues. Hindsight is 20/20...if I knew then! Looking into other possibilities. This is an extremely unreliable app especially as a baby monitor.

If you are have connection errors make sure you are updated to the latest iOS software. I was on 9.1 and having issues, I updated to 9.2.1 and now everything works fine.

The app do not work, please fix that urgent

Need to reconnect the device several times before I get live stream, otherwise only still image. When I disable motion detection the app disables also send to ftp and dont enable it back when I turn on the motion detection. Please give us back the old app, this one is a shame! I noticed also that the app mess up snapshot encoding settings, it lower the resolution to cif and the only way I can restore it back is revert to default camera encoding settings. Please give us back the old app!

After update on 26 March is not working on iPhone 4 with iOS 7

In all updates after version 2.6.36 when I click on Local login button, app just hangs. Its a 3rd update after version mentioned above and still the issue persists. Every time have to revert to the oldest version in order to be able to use that function. Using iphone4 iOS 7.1.2

Connection times out, cant see cameras, black screens instead of views. Horrible horrible app.

Is this app ever going to be fixed?

This app is horrible. It does not connect and gives a variety of error messages. The developer does not respond

This past update made it horrible. It wont connect, sometimes I have to push I know it cant connect 5 times then magically it connects. Also not sure what the disclosure is in the beginning but it is annoying to have to click "I know " every time. Other than that, it does the basic necessity which is view the cameras.

App works for basic viewing of cameras but when in SD mode the cameras are slow and skip time. When in HD it works fine but if I use 2 or more cameras in this mode the cameras black out! Also, and this is the most annoying, when I try to playback, I tap on a time, the app gets stuck on that time and wont move. This app has potential if these problems were fixed! Hope you can fix these issues.

App works okay for local views. But its useless because Im already home and can see the NVRs software. Cloud login needs fixed please. Thats when I really need the software to work, when Im away. Error=-213630 needs debugged please. Thanks.
