Similar issues from other reviewers, can’t access camera remotely except connected to the same wifi. Please fix immediately

Since the update the picture size has been change fron 16:9 to 4:3. Please add a option to select size format to each cammera.

The app keeps on crashing and when remote playback, the time fast forwards by itself!

It works pretty well, dont really understand the other reviews. The pan and zoom features do not work but I think it is the camera.

Has to have ptz controll.we need call preset!!otherwise when we see auto cruise will be stop! How can we start auto cruise again??please upgrade and add ptz preset!please!

Installed app, created user name , password. Never was able to get into app. Redownloaded app it keeps saying invalid password. Anywhere is there a forgot password function???

This has not performed to expectations I give it a 2 at best. After updating the app now it doesnt work at all. Very disappointed

You guys need to. make. a new update in this app Wne you refresh it aome time it work some times its not in that case you need to shut the app off and start all over. again MAKE A NEW UPDATE "FAST" NO ONE IS HAPPY WITH THE APP!!!!!!

Until this update,it was ok.at least it connected to sever to see the camera.after update,it stop connecting to camera and keep say password not right or not network .come guys,my equipment was install for bussiness,since last update does not working until know,almost 4 weeks,what did you do?wakeup for bussiness.

Got the app working but no push for alarm notifications. Like the idea of remote viewing but it would be nice to know if I should be viewing my cameras.

App is nice but it always disconnects and once that happens, it wont reconnect for a while.

works okay for what I need it for(viewing my cameras on the go) but its very buggy and needs a lot of fine tuning for iOS 9

New version draw a lot of battery power. It also increases the background light to the maximum. Need to be fixed

I had laview system for a few years and I updated to 8ch sannce but this app is terrible, remote play back is useless app crashing or freezing all the time, hello!!! Is 2016 lets hire a decent developer and gets this app back in track ! Thank you

XMEye is an application that was feature rich on the drawing board but lacked followthrough to complete the design. While it mostly works on my iPhone 6S, it crashes regularly on my iPad.” Given that the last update was June 2015, despite being full of defects, it becomes evident that the developers have no interest in supporting the application. Pros: I can view cameras live on my iPhone 6s. Thats about it. Cons: The app is unstable and erratic. In most cases, if you switch to another app then back, it fails to re-connect with the camera streams. You have to terminate the application the re-open it again to make it responsive. There is no fast forward or fast backward functionality. You have to know the exact time that an event happened then find that time in “Remote Playback” and watch at normal speed - not at all useful if you need to search for an event around a timespan. Switching between live viewing, playback, and other functions is not intuitive. It takes some time to figure out how to find the functions you need. The application was obviously designed originally in Chinese. The translation to English is horrible. Some labels and instructions make no sense whatsoever. Many configuration settings are so nebulous that there’s no clue as what they do. There’s no help included in the app. There is no attention to screen real estate. Prompts run off screen, making them unreadable. Conclusion: The application works on some mobile devices if your need is to simply view the cameras live. Otherwise, it is a half baked kludge of features that wanted to be functional except the developer decided to rush to market with no intent to make improvements later.

Any one no how to get this dam camera to work .. Can not connect it at all I follow the steps plug in the camera download the app put in wifi password press reset .. And it will now connect also tryed the manual way to and keep getting error message .. SOS I NEED HELP ... Also tryed the PC it tells me to download the app all that comes up is Chinese ..

Worst App ever!! Works sporadically at best! I keep getting a system stream error -100000 and everything is configured correctly as the PC desktop application works fine. Please fix this App with an update as the last update to the thing was in 2015! Either update your product or quit selling tricking consumers that it is iOS compliant, this app is a total POS and a big waste of $$ if you want a smart app to view your camera config! Typical Chinese junk!!
